Please be informed that all shipments to France are sent via Korea Post.

According to recent regulations, any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees incurred upon arrival in France are the responsibility of the recipient.

Recipients may be required to pay a small additional fee per item category, usually around €2 per category. Depending on postal handling or customs processing, the total additional amount may range from approximately €2 to €10.

These fees are collected by the French postal service (La Poste) or the delivery company upon delivery. Customers should be prepared to pay the fees at the time of receiving their parcel.

If a parcel is returned because the recipient refuses to pay these fees, the refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs and any expenses incurred during delivery and return.
